Our cuisine celebrates the best of the Trentino region with locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes passionately reimagined by Chef Michele. From fresh, homemade pasta to meat and game main courses, every dish tells a story of authentic flavours.
Half-board with a buffet breakfast
Every morning, a breakfast buffet awaits you – a generous and wholesome spread, with sweet and savoury options to help you start the day full of energy.
And if you follow a gluten-free diet, you can rest assured here: all our dishes, including the breakfast pastries, can also be prepared in a gluten-free version, with meticulous care taken at every stage. Your well-being always comes first for us.
Custom menus
On request, we can prepare special menus to cater for specific dietary requirements: gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and other dietary styles, so you can feel good without compromise.
Lunch at the mountain hut (seasonal)
In summer, you can enjoy the authentic experience of lunch in a mountain hut amidst the mountain pastures and the scents of the mountains, for a tasty break during your hikes.
Alpine Essence SPA
After a day of activities, relax in our Alpine Essence SPA: an intimate, beautifully appointed space featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and relaxation areas. The scent of Swiss stone pine and natural materials enhance the feeling of peace and the fresh mountain air.

Our rooms feature natural wood flooring and a balcony overlooking the Pale di San Martino, ensuring that every morning begins with a unique view.

Summer
Playground in the garden
Our private garden is the perfect place to play, read, sunbathe and admire the view of the Pale di San Martino, making it a peaceful spot where everyone can find their own joy. At your disposal are larch sun loungers on which to relax, whilst the children can have fun in the safe playground with a wooden playhouse and slide, a mini climbing wall and a large trampoline.
Winter
Snowshoe walks
In winter, if you love unspoilt places where the silence of nature reigns supreme, we’ll be delighted to take you on a walk with snowshoes – which we call craspe – helping you discover enchanting spots around Hotel Panorama. It will be an experience that will stay with you forever. Snowshoes allow even those who aren’t particularly sporty to move nimbly on the snow. Don’t worry about hiring them; we’ll provide the snowshoes for you: Val Venegia, the Orti Forestali, the Piani della Cavallazza, the snow-covered lakes of Colbricon, Mount Castellazzo and the Pale di San Martino plateau await you.
